Job Requisitions

The Job Requisitions section is where all your clients' position requests come in. When a client (invited as a Guest user) needs to fill a new role, they can submit a job requisition directly through the platform. Your recruiting team then reviews, manages, and approves it โ€” and the system automatically creates a new job for you.

How Job Requisitions Work

  1. A client contact is invited to the platform as a Guest user on a specific client account.
  2. The guest goes to the Job Requisitions tab in their client view and submits a new requisition with the position details and justification.
  3. You receive the request and review it in the Job Requisitions section.
  4. You change the status to take action (approve, request more details, hold, or cancel).
  5. When you click Approved, the system automatically creates a new job linked to that client.

For instructions on inviting a client as a Guest, see Add Guest Users.
